Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your data from ABM Business AI at any time.

Customers (who contacted a store on WhatsApp)

1. Email info@getabmai.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the phone number you used and the store name.
3. We verify the request, delete your conversations and related data within 30 days, and confirm the deletion.

To stop marketing messages only, reply "STOP" (إيقاف) to any message.

Merchants

Send the request from your account's registered email to info@getabmai.com. We delete store data, conversations and settings within 30 days after disconnection.

We may retain minimal records where required by applicable law.
