By using ABM Business AI you agree to these terms.

1. Service

The Platform provides WhatsApp customer service and sales tools for online stores, including an AI agent, a shared inbox, templates, abandoned-cart automation and an interactive bot.

2. Merchant responsibilities

• Comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy, Meta Commerce Policy and applicable laws of Saudi Arabia.
• Send marketing messages only to Customers who opted in, and honor opt-out requests.
• Keep the information given to the AI agent about products, prices and policies accurate.
• Keep account credentials confidential.

3. AI

AI agent replies are generated automatically and may contain errors. Merchants can review settings and knowledge, pause the agent or hand over to staff at any time, and remain responsible for their obligations to their Customers.

4. Prohibited use

Spam, unlawful content, impersonation and unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability, but the service may pause for maintenance or due to third-party providers. We may update the Platform or these terms and will announce material changes in advance.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Merchants may cancel and request data deletion at any time.
